Do a hard reset and align your screen when windows first come up, and see if the problem exists.
to hard reset the device hold the two soft keys (-) and holding them press the softreset. A "CR" simbol will appear. and you should bee ok

but i tried all the hard reset combinations.
1)as u told above the soft keys & soft reset combination. 2)by holding the power key & pressing the soft reset. it dosn't work at all. can i flash my phone?...

May be you are doing it wrong or something very odd has happened to your phone. you can try flashing it from windows if it is not happening then you an flash it from your sdcard.

Download the rom from the imate site and install it. it is not a big deal you just have to know your romlock key.
