hmmm but There's almost no community here,Imate's almost closed...Ultimates didn't get the chance to upgrade to Windows mobile 6.5.x and windows phone 7 is incoming in several months... :D

Hello,
I have some general question, i am unsure if its phone hardware issue or software issue or sd card issue. 1. when i am browsing internet from phone or talking its getting heated. 2. when inserting micro sd card , i can view files write it but the phone is getting hung too. and also over heat.. Pls help me asap,what could be issue on that ? Thanks Partha

Dear Sir
I have i-mate 6150. It is not booting properly, it hangs on imate logo.The problem is not solved by soft reset or hard reset. Also it does not connect to pc via microsoftsync.not it accepts new rom upgrade. when rom upgrade setup is run , it shows message cnnect the phone ist. Also when phone is attached to pc. no message from windows come, new hardware found etc. plz tell me how can resolve the problem of imate 6150. Thanx

Should the 8502 scroll with a finger? Emails and web especially.

Hi ,
I am new to this site but I know if you Have Windows 7 Professional you can download a virtual machine and a image file from microsoft that allows you to run xp system in windows 7 . I have windows 7 Ultimate and have found most programs run in xp compatibility mode and run as administrator . You can go in "control pannel" , "user accounts" , "Change user account settings" and change your user control setting never notify and all programs will run without windows 7 certifation . Hi,
re the 8150.Ext Rom that expands to 2-24 .cab files linked on this site - has anyone tried it on WM6.1? - I have a 8150 that came with 6.1 but I'd like the Profile Controller and the WMP controller as they are not present. Can I just add those particular 2 cabs? thanks, Richard
