Dear imate

I've been using the ultimate 9502 for 5 months now , the problem is that you never offer support to the customer

I sent you an email 4 months ago with no answer till now

then I sent a feedback on the imate forum 1 month ago with no single reply till now

my main problem with my machine is the Radio rom which is very bad with mobinil egypt and till now there is no alternative compatable rom

Will you fix this Or Shall I Exchange my ultimate with one of the HTC phone with the well known perfect support

that was my experience with imate till now

and if there is any news I'll tell you

i'm too lazy to learn TaskMgr.
how about i do a full backup with Spb backup or Sprite backup. and u do a restore, u can just restore the registry. will this works?

It has everithing besides stylus. The interface is made in such a way u don't need stylus !

I think i's a ROM thing, i've been looking in the last couple of days for places to download any ROM for the 9502, but to no avail, not even on imate's official website.

It's really frustrating!! i mean it's like having a ferrari that cannot go more than 10km/h :-x

Hi all, I searched all night long for something, anything on the new ultimates and i finally came up with this site.

So, I just got my 9502 in Australia. It is "branded" and i sooooo want to get rid of some of the customization, not that its that bad, but still - things i will never ever use just wasting valuable storage space.

So, what do i need to do in order to help people along here with hacking?

specifically, if only i could unlock/unhide the extended rom and view it in file explorer like all HTC devices.

I have to admit, if i cant start modding my 9502 soon, even though its only days old, im going to have to sell it, I just need to be able to customise it to the max like my HTC Universal.

Any ideas?

I have just bought both the 8502 and 9502. Whichever one I prefer I will keep and give the other to my dad.

The 8502 is in stock at www.clove.co.uk and I am waiting for confirmation on the day the 9502 comes in. If this week, both devices will be shipped together.

Hard Reset can be done by..:
press "Fn"+"Send" then soft reset.
